* Terms and Conditions

  •  New clients to book a 30 min first initial consultation before the start of the class. 

  • The class is for everyone who has been diagnosed with  Osteopenia with a Dexa Scan between T-Score between 1 to 2.2.

  • For everyone with a T-Score between 2.2 to 2.5 we recommend private one-on-one sessions.

  • Please bring a copy of your Dexa Scan on your first initial consultation.

  • Small Group Class (max 5)

  • One per week

Our program is designed to ease you back into regular movement with twice-weekly Pilates classes that will build your strength, flexibility, and confidence towards your personal goals.

Comprehensive Program*

Experience group classes and private one-on-one sessions with this 12 week program. Join our twice-weekly Pilates group classes and receive a private session every four weeks to refine your practice and reach your goals more quickly. Ideal for those who want a  combination of community and personalised attention with tailored guidance.

Private Coaching Program*

Introducing our 12-week Private Coaching Series, a personalised approach to rediscovering movement through one-on-one Pilates sessions tailored to your unique needs and requirements.

This program is perfect for those returning after a break and looking to achieve specific health and fitness goals.

​*All programs include: - 1x 30 minutes 1:1 goal setting session at the start of the program, 
- 1x 15 minutes phone call half way through program. Review, reset and plan.
- 1x 30 minutes 1:1 session towards the end of the program.
