Our Beginner Reformer Pilates series is designed especially for those new to the practice. This six week series will guide you through the fundamentals of Reformer Pilates, helping you build strength, flexibility, and confidence.

The series is not compulsory to get started. A lot of people love it, as they get to know the reformer and the exercises in a group with others new to the Reformer!
