Reformer All Levels
       

Reformer Pilates is an excellent way to enhance your overall mobility, strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination whilst being in motion.

 

You can challenge yourself by adding on resistance or getting less support of the springs. You'll work with your hands and/or feet in the straps in various positions on and around the reformer.

The classes are suitable for all levels, and you'll have fun using the magic circle, weights, and Thera band in some reformer classes.

Reformer Foundations

Discover the fundamentals of Pilates with our Reformer Foundations class, designed to introduce you to the core principles and basic techniques of Reformer Pilates.

Perfect for beginners, this class focuses on proper alignment, controlled movements, and breathwork to build a strong foundation for your Pilates practice.

This class is for everyone who is new to Reformer Pilates. You get to know the Reformer and it's functions and move through introductory to

basic exercises.
*April: Wednesday 2nd, 9th and 23rd at 6.55PM.

ReforMa Strength

This class blends reformer and mat Pilates for a dynamic mix of strength, mobility, and cardio. Improve muscle balance, flexibility, and bone health while boosting heart health and metabolism. We will also incorporate weights to enhance bone density—perfect for all ages!

The class is not suitable if you have any injuries, are pregnant or have been diagnosed with osteopenia or osteoporosis.

Pilates Mat

Our mat classes are the perfect way to work out all your muscles and move your body in all directions. With exercises that flex, rotate, and extend, you'll improve your core and overall, balance, mobility, coordination, flexibility, and posture.

You'll also develop long, lean muscles and be challenged in each class, progressing at your own pace.

Our classes cater to all levels and incorporate props like the magic circle, thera band, stability balls, and more.

Private
One-On-One

Looking for personalised one-on-one sessions that cater to your unique needs and requirements?

 

Our private sessions are tailored to ensure that you get the most out of each session. Let us help you achieve your goals today!

We offer 55 minutes, 45 minutes and 30 minutes private sessions.

Private sessions are perfect if you:

- Recovered from illness

- Recovered from injury

- Are past rehab

- Are pregnant or post natal

- Have a low risk spinal condition

- Are an athlete looking to enhance your performance with sport-specific Pilates or to prepare for an upcoming event

- Are looking for a personalised Pilates practise

Duets/
Semi Privates

Experience the benefits of personalised Pilates sessions with our Duets and Semi Privates. Designed for two individuals in a Duet or up to four in a Semi Private, these 55-minute classes allow you to work on your uniquely tailored programs. You will have access to various Pilates equipment, ensuring a customised and effective program meeting  your specific goals.

Karin is the owner and operator of Keep Moving Pilates. 

She is a certified Pilates instructor holding the Diploma of Professional Pilates Instruction. Karin is passionate about guiding her clients towards their health and fitness goals.  

Karin always had a passion for sports and turned it into a new career after working in an office job for many years. She has more than 3000 hours teaching experience.

In her spare time she loves walking, spending time with her family, and Pilates of course.

At Keep Moving Pilates in Newmarket, Brisbane we believe that consistent movement can transform bodies and lives.

At Keep Moving Pilates, we meet you were you are at. Choose from group classes for a maximum of nine, privates, duets and semi privates.  

 

Our classes are designed by our instructors and aim to build strength, enhance flexibility, and balance.  We encourage you to progress at your own pace, as far as you feel comfortable, safe and challenged.
