our beginner-friendly Reformer Foundations. This class is specifically designed to introduce you

to the core principles and techniques of

Reformer Pilates. You will learn and focus on proper alignment, controlled movements, and

breathwork, to build a strong foundation for your Pilates practice.

Improve strength, mobility, flexibility, and cardiovascular health. This class helps to build up even muscle strength, supports bone health, and boosts metabolism and heart health for overall fitness.

To further support bone density and strength, we also incorporate light weights.
This class is ideal for all ages and fitness levels looking for a balanced, full-body Pilates class.

Please note: This class is not suitable for individuals who are pregnant, managing injuries, or diagnosed with osteopenia or osteoporosis.

Move Well, Feel Strong and Confident
This class is designed especially for ages 50+. Each class focuses on improving bone health, strength, balance and mobility - helping to stay active and enjoy movement.

Mat Pilates

Our Mat Pilates classes engage your whole body, strengthening your core while improving balance, flexibility, coordination, and posture. Using props like the magic circle, TheraBand, and stability balls, classes are suitable for all fitness levels, helping you develop long, lean muscles and achieve lasting results at your own pace.

Designed for up to four in a Semi Private, you will work on your own, personalised program

in these 55-minute sessions.

We have openings in these sessions:
Monday 6.45 PM, Friday 8.00 AM and Saturday 6.30 AM.

My Story

Meet Karin!

Karin owns and operates Keep Moving Pilates, and

brings both personal experience and professional expertise

into the studio. She is holding the Diploma of Professional Pilates Instruction, through PITC.

After dealing with recurring injuries caused by muscle imbalances, Karin found Pilates to build balanced

strength and flexibility and has been injury-free since.

 

She transitioned from an office career to Pilates full-time.

Today, she has over 5,000 hours of teaching experience and knows what it feels like to return to movement after setbacks.

Karin loves helping people build strength, confidence, and feeling good in their bodies.

She enjoys walking, staying active, spending time with 

family and friends, and is currently training for the 2026

Hyrox Brisbane event and Gold Coast half marathon.
